Tour Operator Assistant
Job Description:
- Contact hotels, restaurants, resorts to make suitable arrangements
- Evaluate customers’ holidays and issuing appropriate feedback forms
- Deal with documenting complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner
- Plan and advertising various kinds of promotions
- Provide general and specific advice about different travel destinations
- Make alternative arrangements for customers when they get their trips interrupted due to unforeseen issues
- Assist team leaders in designing, operating tours and customer services (hotline, emails, etc.)
- Join sales activities to find and expand potential customers
- Develop and updating the tours and products to meet customers’ needs
* Working time: Can start asap
- Mon - Fri, from 8:00 am- 5:30 pm
- Work on 2 Saturdays/month (8:00 am- 5:00 pm)
- Lunch break: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Job Requirements:
- High proficiency in English (4 skills, especially Writing)
- Tourism, Marketing, Economics or English background preferred
- Good knowledge in the inbound and outbound market
- At least 1-year experience in Tourism/Sales
- Good business/ Marketing mindset
- Be proactive, diligent, creative, careful, responsible
- Positive attitude and multi-task ability
- Work independently or under pressure well
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
