Job Description
- Implement all tasks of Recruitment including planning, post jobs, interviewing, etc. for all positions of the company.
- Implement the probation appraisal and the annual evaluation of employee’s performance
- Join to build up the KPI, HR policies, HR survey
Job Requirements
- BA degree of human resources management; law or relevant qualification
- Good knowledge and skills in recruitment, training, and appraisal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good social and cultural knowledge, good communication skill
- Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills
- Computer: Microsoft offices, Email, Social networks, Job networks
Working time: Can start asap
- Mon - Fri, from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
- Work on 2 Saturdays/month (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
- Lunch break: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
